Returns
We offer 30 days of free returns on all our products except products that have been customized for size, color or monogramming. Such products are made especially for the customer. They cannot be resold and are ineligible for returns.

Full-grain leather. It develops a patina and gets better with use.
Will the leather crack over time?
Full-grain leather doesn't crack. It develops character. Wipe it clean with a dry cloth, keep it away from water and direct heat, and condition it occasionally with an alcohol-free leather cream. Treat it well and it ages well.
Is it water resistant?
No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Full-grain leather handles light rain. If it gets wet, wipe it dry immediately and let it breathe. Don't store it wet.
How long does delivery take?
Every order is made after you place it. It ships within 7 working days. Your tracking details come by email. If you need it by a specific date, contact us before ordering.
Can I add engraving?
Yes, on most products. Once placed, engraving cannot be changed or removed.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of order placement, unused and in original packaging. Standard products only. Custom and engraved pieces are final sale. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the return.
What does the warranty cover?
One year against manufacturing defects like stitching, zippers, and hardware. It doesn't cover normal wear, water damage, or misuse. If something fails under fair use, contact us directly.
