These are cut from full-grain leather, the outer layer with nothing sanded off, milled at Leather Working Group gold-certified tanneries and stitched by hand in New Delhi. A full-grain wallet does not crack or flake. It darkens where your thumb sits and takes on the shape of what you carry.
The range runs from slim bifolds and card holders to zip wallets, travel wallets that hold a passport and boarding passes, and cheque-book wallets for anyone who still needs one.
All of them can be monogrammed with your initials, which is what turns a wallet into a gift.
Worth reading first: how to identify genuine leather, and how it compares to the vegan alternatives.
Questions
Do the wallets have RFID protection?
Several do, and the product page says which.
How many cards will it hold?
Capacity is listed on each product page, from slim sleeves for a few cards to bifolds with notes and coins.
Will the leather peel?
No. Full-grain leather keeps its natural surface, so it does not peel or flake the way corrected or bonded leather does. It darkens and softens with use instead.
Can I get my initials on it?
Most pieces can be engraved with your initials for Rs. 500. The letters are set into the leather before the piece is dispatched, so an engraved piece cannot be changed or returned.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of placing the order, unused and in its original packaging, and we cover the return shipping. Engraved and custom pieces cannot be returned.
