Refund policy
Return Policy: At Outback, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases. To facilitate a smooth shopping experience, we offer a 15 Days Return Policy on all our products, except for custom products. Please note that face masks & pet accessories cannot be exchanged or returned due to health and hygiene reasons. Our Return Policy is straightforward - if you are not happy with something you bought, we'll gladly take it back within 15 days of placing the order at our own cost.
Exceptions: Please be aware that we do not accept returns for used or damaged products. Additionally, custom-made items and products purchased during sale or clearance events are not eligible for exchange or return.
Return Procedure: For items to be eligible for return, they must be purchased directly from this website. Products bought from authorized retailers should be returned to them directly. Non-returnable items include those purchased through retailers, incorrect products, and products damaged due to customer mishandling.
Packaging and Documentation: Returned items must be in their original packaging and include any accessories, manuals, documentation, and the original invoice.
Damaged or Missing Items: If you receive a package with damaged packaging, please do not accept delivery. Any damage or missing items/accessories must be reported within 02 days of receiving the product. Outback reserves the right to deny any return.
Return Process: Please initiate the return using the link below for a seamless process. In certain cases, we may request a video or photo of the defective product as proof to process your refund or replacement.
Refunds: Refunds for unused and returned products are processed within 07 business days from the date of receipt of the products. The refund can only be credited to your original payment method.
Cancelling Orders: Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be reversed. To cancel an order, please follow our return process for a refund (as described above). Custom orders cannot be cancelled. To check the status of your order, log in to your Outback account or contact our Customer Support team at care@outback.life.
