Leather Diaper Bags
Leather diaper bags built to outlast the nappy years — including one of the best-selling diaper bags in Australia.
These are backpacks. Both straps, weight across your back instead of dragging on one shoulder, both hands free — which is what you want from a bag you will be opening one-handed.
Full-grain leather outside. Water-resistant, wipe-clean nylon inside, because the inside of a diaper bag has a harder life than the outside.
What you will not find is anything that looks like baby equipment. No prints, no plastic, nothing that dates the moment the nappy years end — which is why these tend to stay in use as work bags long after the bottles are gone.
Can be monogrammed with your initials.
Two parents on how theirs actually carries: Nandita on the Donna, and what fits when you are packing for two under two.
Questions
Why are these backpacks and not shoulder bags?
Two straps put the weight across your back instead of dragging on one shoulder, and leave both hands free, which matters when you are holding a child.
Is the inside easy to clean?
Yes. The lining is easy-clean nylon, so spills and leaks wipe out rather than soak in.
Will it still work as a normal bag later?
That is the idea. There are no prints and nothing that looks like baby equipment, so most of these end up as everyday or work bags once the nappy years are over.
Can I use it in the rain?
It is not waterproof. Full-grain leather copes with light rain. If it gets wet, wipe it dry and let it dry slowly at room temperature, away from a heater or a hair dryer.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of placing the order, unused and in its original packaging, and we cover the return shipping. Engraved and custom pieces cannot be returned.
