Can I add engraving?

Yes, on most products. Once placed, engraving cannot be changed or removed.

Can I return it?

Yes, within 30 days of order placement, unused and in original packaging. Standard products only. Custom and engraved pieces are final sale.

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-order pieces are made to order. Deliveries start on the date shown on the product page. You pay in full at checkout and can cancel for a full refund any time before it ships. Engraving is free on pre-orders.

How long does delivery take?

Every order is made after you place it. It ships within 7 working days. Your tracking details come by email.

Is it water resistant?

No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Full-grain leather handles light rain. If it gets wet, wipe it dry immediately and let it breathe.

Is this full-grain leather?

Full-grain leather. It develops a patina and gets better with use.

What does the warranty cover?

One year against manufacturing defects like stitching, zippers, and hardware. It doesn't cover normal wear, water damage, or misuse.

Will the leather crack over time?

Full-grain leather doesn't crack. It develops character. Wipe it clean, keep it away from water and direct heat, and condition it occasionally. Treat it well and it ages well.
